Dates off? Or missed MC

I tested positive March 21st after expericing some symptoms. I was on the pill so really confused on how it happened.  My last full period was 2/6, but I experienced some bleeding 3 weeks later around 2/26.  Not sure if that would count as a period.

If so that would place me around 6 weeks. I had two private abdominal ultrasounds (one last week and one this week). Both were able to pick up a fetal pole and yolk Sak, but no heart beat. 

Am I too early or possible missed MC?

@Rgnzls4 What has your doctor said?  Did your ultrasound techs say that there was progress in your PG?  The only person who can answer this is a doctor looking at your ultrasound scans and/or HCG numbers.

Hi! I’m still waiting for my first doctor appt. Just went to a private sonographer because I was anxious to confirm.  I guess ill wait and see!

I wasn't able to book my ultrasound until 7 weeks (which is tomorrow) and they still told me there's a chance we may not hear the heartbeat even though baby is probably healthy. 
They told me it's common around 8 weeks to get a clear heartbeat. 

Don't stress too much (I know... lol those words don't mean much for us do they?)
