Lightening Crotch?

I just turned 20 weeks and I was wondering if anyone else has felt needle like pains in the vagina, cervix. I have been experiencing these pains the past 5 days and I feel them through out the day doesn’t matter if I am sitting, standing or laying down.

That sounds terrible. When I had then with my last pregnancy they only lasted a few seconds but came and went throughout my third trimester. If yours are lasting longer or not letting up with position change, you should probably let your OB know. Mine told me that I was having them because my DS was low in my uterus and up against my cervix.
