Breathing in fumes

Quick question and I did already Google but still wondering what you guys would do. 

I’m having my bathroom renovated and they’re “hotmopping” our shower area which is tar I think? Anyway that’s only today so it’s not a long time but the fumes are bad… I can’t find anything directly on that with pregnancy but I shouldn’t sleep up there right? Or do you think I should go so far as to stay out of the house? It’s always hard to gauge with pregnancy in the middle of it.

I would make an overnight trip to visit friends or family until the fumes are gone.
