I'm returning to the bump community after having my second child 5.5 years ago. It's hard to believe I'm here as I didn't think expanding our family would ever be a reality, but my DH recently shared that he's ready for a 3rd!
I'm excited, nervous, scared - all the feels. How different is it TTC in your mid thirties? Should I do anything different? Take any supplements? I'd love to hear all the advice you have.

im mid 30s now my youngest is 4 & I didn’t even consider it was going to be more difficult this time until hearing recently that it’s really hard to get pregnant in your mid 30s & now I’m super nervous it’s not going to happen even though we had 0 issues conceiving our other kids
No advice really, but I have been taking supplements and trying to eat a cleaner diet !
