Marginal cord insertion ?

I was told at 20 week anatomy scan that the cord wasn’t inserted where they liked. I have a second scan next week to re assess babies growth (she’s actually measuring ahead and weighs about a lb ahead average at 31 weeks rn). Has anyone else been told this for previous birth ? She also gets the hiccups daily and I googled that and it either says it’s great ! Or it goes to the cord is compressed. I’ve been having anxiety about this

I have a marginal cord insertion as well and no issues to date with growth (im 34 weeks). My OB informed me it’s extremely common especially in FTM’s and didn’t really seem concerned at all.

I have marginal cord insertion as well. I have extra monitoring but it hasn’t changed the whole time and baby is growing fine.

I had a marginal cord insertion with my first pregnancy and they weren’t overly concerned- they just wanted to monitor growth in the third trimester. My son was born at 34 weeks but that was due to me having vasa previa, not a result of the marginal cord insertion.
