Baby has not grown since last appointment

Last week at our appointment our little one was measuring 4 days behind. We went to our second ultrasound today only to find out the heart rate can be seen but is low and our little one has not grown. Anyone have any positive stories from here? We are praying for a miracle in this difficult time…
