12 week Ultrasound

I just had my 12 week ultrasound and I'm a little concerned that my little ones head is stuck/squished. The ultrasound tech and nurse practitioner all said it was fine he wasn't stuck but I'm still worried. Anyone else have something similar? My placenta is anterior so this was a vaginal ultrasound
