1st Trimester

I’m struggling to meet nutrition goals.

I recently found out that I’m pregnant and I’m struggling to make sure that I am eating enough for me and baby. I don’t often eat much throughout the day, usually skipping breakfast and only really eating lunch and dinner with not much snacking in between. I’m hoping to get some good insight and advice on how to keep track of what I’m eating and make sure that I’m hitting all of the important categories to make my baby as healthy as possible.
