Normal or possible cancer???

So about 3 days ago I had a red area *pictures will be included though camera didn't pick the redness up very well* show up partially around my nipple on my left breast. I am 10 weeks and 3 days pregnant. First I noted that this nipple in particular kept getting super hard in comparison to my right breast. Then came the redness and warmth. Then an indented lime popped up and now the line is gone but almost the whole red area is like a raised welt. I will be contacting my obgyn on Monday to confirm but wanted to see if yall had seen this before. This breat does also hurt more than my right breast. I know the pictures are hard to tell but I'm just not sure.
