Hcg rising but not doubling

Hi all

This is my first pregnancy. Last time I had a chemical so I am a bit paranoid. Went in for an ultrasound today and all looks good though I spotted brown blood for 24 hours. I’m not spotting today. I’m worried that my most recent level didn’t double. Of course the doc is closed over the weekend. Looking for thoughts. Should I be worried? Have others had this happen but have a successful pregnancy?
