My ultrasound today had no heartbeat and the baby hasn't grown since last week. I'll have one more to double check on Monday but I think this is it for us. Hope you all stay happy and healthy. ❤️

On Thursday I had an intravaginal ultrasound where my results were inconclusive. Later that day I noticed some spotting. It seemed to have gone away on Saturday morning so we had intercourse but later that morning I started to bleed again and then progressively more throughout the day with some cramping (no clots). Has anyone experienced bleeding post sex and what was your experience. I have already had a miscarriage with my previous pregnancy and I worry that this might be that again.

@ferret22 that is the hardest part of this journey... is knowing at anytime it could be me experiencing what you are.  I hope that if you continue to keep trying that your next pregnancy brings you what you have been waiting for.

Hi everyone - I went in today for my 9 week ob appt. When I gave my urine I saw pink blood with wiping and in the toilet, it was a pretty good amount. I told my ob; they did abdominal ultrasound and baby still has heartbeat. They said that it could go either way with a miscarriage vs not. I’m now having brown spotting. I’m pretty scared and upset as we have unexplained infertility and this process has not been easy. Just here to hear your raw experiences with bleeding in the first trimester. TIA

I had bleeding around 6.5 weeks. It was a big gush that lasted about 10 min, tapered off, then I spotted for a day. I went into my clinic and learned I had a subchorionic hematoma (SCH) that eventually went away by 8.5 weeks.

I had a missed miscarriage last week. No heartbeat at today’s appointment. Best of luck ladies!
