4+6 weeks advice PLEASE PLEASE

So I have had quite a complicated journey, I had a C-Section Ectopic at the end of December (surgery on Boxing Day 23) I found out I am pregnant again last week making me 4+6 today, I am under close observation with EPU and a scan showed no ectopic or evident issues this time

All was going well until x2 days ago I had light pink spotting and cramps, I was taken in on Monday night, my bloods had doubled so they let me home the next day for 48hrs until blood repeat. Ever since I am still bleeding however it is still spotting and only when I wipe however it is red. The cramps have stopped and my breasts are still extremely tender. I go back in to get my bloods repeated tomorrow afternoon to see if they are doubling or if this is a miscarriage but I’m wondering if anyone has had this and it’s been positive? The bleeding so far hasn’t gotten any heavier but it’s still there. I’m so anxious after what we have been through

Unfortunately the only thing you can do right now is to wait until you get your HCG bloodwork done and to see if the number doubled or not.  It's stressful, but that is all that can be done at this point.  If you are going to MC, there's nothing you can do to stop it.
