Hcg levels 6 weeks 1 day no sac

Hello this is my first time posting I want to know if any one has any success stories. I went to emergency room and on 2/23 hcg 440 no sac 48 hours later levels tested and 1538 so drs say it was a good sign I returned to hospital and my hcg levels are now 14509 but still no sac or viable pregnancy I would be 6 weeks 1 day based of LMP. I also had an abdominal u/s and no signs of ectopic so I’m confused and nervous. Has anyone else ever experienced this.
