1st Trimester


  • In some ways it IS really slow and you don’t notice it at all. Not sure how to explain that, but it just doesn’t feel different. I’m 21 weeks and I’m not really able to hide it anymore. But it doesn’t feel like I’ve stretched even though I have. I’m also not super large yet, but I notice 

    The biggest thing I’ve noticed is that I lost my core strength pretty quickly, and lifting feels very different because of it. I do a lot of front/goblet squats and deadlift, which just feel weaker because I don’t have the trunk stability I used to have. That’s probably the biggest time I notice it. Every time I feel like I have some core strength and stability, the next day it feels like my core is weak again. 🤷🏽‍♀️
