Does a drop in temp during early pregnancy predict miscarriage?

Hi, I'm 4 weeks 5d pregnant so it's still super early. I've been temping to just try to stay ahead and prepare myself incase of a miscarriage. I had one last time and I was 5 weeks pregnant. I know everyone says to stop temping after you're pregnant but I'm just an anxious person and this gives me some peace of mind through the day when my temp is in a "good range". This morning I woke up and I had a 0.3 point drop (from 98.4 to 98.1).
Just wanted to see if there's anyone out there who also had big drops such as this and what their experience was.
I plan on stop temping once I reach the 7 week mark.

  • Temping gets you to the positive test. It did it’s job. Continuing to do so will make you crazy. I’m 8 weeks, and all my stats according to my watch are all over the place and everything is fine. If you’re not cramping and bleeding thru liners- you’re usually fine.

All you can really do, especially early on is adopt the mindset “I’m pregnant today 🥰”.. even if changing stats meant something, you can’t do anything about it.
