Nausea stopped suddenly at week 11

I’ve had terrible nausea with occasional vomitting since week 5. My nausea/sickness ended abruptly at 11 weeks yesterday. My next ultrasound is on March 11. Should I be worried?

I had morning sickness early on from week 4 and then it also subsided big time around week 9 or 10. I also felt a little nervous but it sounds common based on my reading and the placenta is playing a more active role by then. It just came back a bit at week 12 so things ebb and flow. Just had an ultrasound and everything’s great. If you’re super worried, doesn’t hurt to ask your doctor
