Upcoming Appointments: just had an US today to check on growth and everything looked great! 

How are you feeling?: mentally much better after my appt but physically I am so worn out. Aversions are full force and trying to keep up with an almost 2 year old is wiping me out. 

Rant: I miss being able to eat food and not gagging at the thought of it 😫
Rave: was very excited to see a HB on the US today!

Upcoming Appointments: First OB appointment on 15 Feb

How are you feeling?: We found out at about 4weeks and the wait to the first appointment has been killing me. I am very anxious. I also caught a very nasty cold/cough and thanks to slow pregnancy immunity, it is taking forever for me to get over it!

Upcoming Appointments: Monday. We have to do the long intake appointment with family history and such. Planning to schedule NT scan/NIPT then.

How are you feeling?: the nausea has relented! So I will take the bloated and tired haha. My anxiety is starting to ease slightly too 

Rants/Raves: I am so sick of being constipated.

Upcoming Appointments: Valentine's day US and the next say initial visit. 

How are you feeling?: tired, bloated, a bit irritated. Haha a very pleasant combination 

Rants/Raves: our sewer line is acting up. I'm soo over it. Glad I'm pregnant so I won't be out there digging. There are some benefits. Haha

GTKY: what's your favorite form of self care? Baths, hikes, massages, facials, reading a book, meditation. My usual go to.
