  • No but it looks amazing. I do ginger ale or mint teas or seeped ginger and that seems to help. I've also found snacking helps more than the structured meal schedule. The more empty my stomach the worse I felt. If I have food aversion symptoms too, that's when it is the worst. I am going to try this as well. Thanks for sharing.

  • I haven’t used that one either. I normally use fever tree ginger ale because that’s the only one I’ve found that actually contains real ginger. Having smaller more frequent meals has also been helpful for me and some teas have also helped but I don’t know if it was so much the tea as it might’ve been that drinking something warm puts me at ease.
