Any suggestions on how to naturally reduce fasting glucose numbers? I’m not far off but it’s not going down as much as I need it to throughout the night. Thinking possibly doing a fasting work out in the AM and then testing it?
I have found eating a snack of 15g of carbs around 7:30pm and then drinking a protein shake right before bed really stabilizes my numbers. I am 35 weeks with my 4th GD baby and my fasting has been the best it’s ever been.
