Back-To-Work

My son will be 5 months old next week, and I have been back-to-work for about a month now. Overall, he does pretty good for his daddy. They have fun playing but isn't the best nap taker when I'm not home, but that has been pretty consistent since I went back. Out of the blue yesterday, he was absolutely hysterical when I came home or lunch, to the point where he was making himself sick. I ended up staying home the rest of the day and he just slept on my chest and really only woke up to breastfeed (which he is normally bottle fed due to a really bad tongue tie (by the time it was corrected, he already preferred the bottle)).

It could have just been a weird day, maybe he wasn't feeling good. But he really doesn't get worked up a lot. He's a very happy baby...
Has anyone else had issues with baby not adjusting well to mom going back to work?
