Dilated bowel loop

36 week scan showed baby has slightly dilated bowel loop. The doctors stated the cause can range from baby needing to poop to something serious. They won't speculate the cause until after birth. Does anyone have experience with this? I deliver 1/31 due to preeclampsia.
