Progesterone levels 2 dpo

I recently had surgery to remove a cyst and my Endometriosis. This is my first cycle post surgery with clomid. My doctor wanted me to take a day 22 progesterone to confirm ovulation, but I called because I actually ovulated later in my cycle then expected. He still wanted the day 22.
My progesterone level for being 2 dpo was 9.6 ng/ml....I know that it was too early to truly test my progesterone but is this promising for it being high only 2 dpo ??????
