A bleak topic but Pregnancy & WWIII

I know it's terrible to think about but ever since becoming pregnant I'm worried about everything and one thing that has me on edge is the state of the world conflict. I can't be the only one nervous to bring a little one into this chaotic world can I? I already have 2 my partner has 1 so now we will have 4 kids to worry about if things go nuclear. I'm really not trying to be pessimistic when everyone is basking in the joy of their little ones but I wonder if now is not the right time to be planning for babies. My brain won't stop thinking about what if society collapses and I have to give birth without medical intervention? Or how will a small baby survive nuclear fall out let alone anyone. Someone please tell me I'm overthinking. Can anyone assure me we won't see war within the next 5-10 years?
