Lately I have been falling asleep at night and then waking up around 1-2 and not being able to go back to sleep. My mind just starts racing and I have a hard time turning it off. I then get anxious knowing I’m losing sleep. I probably have only slept 4 hours each night. Is anyone else having trouble staying asleep and does anyone have any recommendations on how to fall asleep and stay asleep?
