Got a text from my mom this morning. The ladies in her quilting class were talking about making ice cream. One lady said that her daughter placed the KitchenAid mixer outside and ran it. It's so cold that she successfully made ice cream!

That idea sounds amazing right about now. I’ve been thinking about ice cream but it’s too cold to leave home to get some lol

@optimisticoctopus that looks amazing! Bread is one of the only things I can eat right now,  so it looks extra good.

I love it!! We have downsized considerably to start our build so half my baking supplies is in storage, but as soon as we’re in our new house I want to start making our own bread!! You’ll have to share all your tips!

Nothing smells good to me so I put a pot on simmer combining water, cinnamon, cut oranges and vanilla. It's amazing! The whole house smells so nice now, I may do this more often!

I have Covid . Just hoping it stays mild and there’s no effects on baby. The bummer is I had to cancel my dating ultrasound tomorrow morning.
