My periods still aren’t normal

I’m feeling stressed. I had my first mc about 8 weeks ago. I’ve had 2 periods since then and they both lasted only 2 days long. On day 3 it was just one small spot. Normally, before my first pregnancy I would have 3-4 days of flow before a day of spotting. I want to start trying soon and I’m scared because things aren’t back to normal yet and I’m wondering if this is going to make it hard to conceive. I’m also scared of becoming pregnant again because I just have a bad feeling about the future. I don’t know who to talk to because I feel like everyone is just gonna tell me the usual “oh it’s probably just cuz you’re stressed, everything’s fine!”
