IVF Baseline test resutls - reactions?

Hi there,
I am currently starting IVF and will start stim meds this week. I'm anxious about what to expect and trying to temper my expectations as I'm almost 40 and have had 3 miscarriages and 1 molar pregnancy (all unexplained after lots of testing).
My baseline tests all appear to be normal: AMH was 3.88 and AFC was 23 on the left and 30 on the right.
Does anyone have any initial reaction to the test results, my age, or comfortable sharing their own initial baseline results and end outcomes?
