2023 was such a great year for me but now ended today in a miscarriage

Just experienced a miscarriage at home. It was so painful and traumatic to see the fetus and sac in the toilet. I started spotting the day before my 8 week ultrasound which was Friday and the baby measured only around 5 weeks and no heartbeat. The last couple days the bleeding just increased and today finally miscarried completley. 😭
