No yolk sac

Hi everyone, trying not to let anxiety get the best of me. Was at OB triage today for very light spotting. Positive ovulation test 11/26, positive pregnancy tests starting 12/6. That has me somewhere around 6.5 weeks by my count. Ultrasound showed gestational sac measuring 5 weeks 2 days and no yolk sac seen. My hcg was 1149 first draw. They repeated labs a few hours later and it was 1269. So it went up in just a few hours. They told me not to panic and my dating is probably off but I can’t help it. Will have repeat hcg labs on Sunday. Has anyone experienced something similar?
