Currently pregnancy at week 7, constiplated. And when I finally poop, it was sooooooo painful until I can’t sleep at all. Anyone went through the same thing and gotten a solution or cream for it?
Increase fiber intake and water consumption. Fiber comes from many food groups: various fruits, vegetables, greens, beans etc. Search foods with fiber and you will get a large variety of options.
You should avoid standing for a long time, and if you think the piles are sticking out, use a lubricating jelly to push them gently back inside. I hope this helps.
