UTI won't go away

I've had three rounds of antibiotics and now on daily suppressive therapy bc it just won't clear up, has anyone else had this? 😞

Take pure encapsulation d mannose “perfectly safe” for pregnancy. 3x a day… it will change your life.
Check for vaginosis they gave me a protocol and then probiotic ovules… but take dmanosse daily that would keep uti away

I would take prebiotics vignal care and cranberry concentrate that helped so fast for me.
