Vaginally heaviness

Has anyone experince a heaviness and pressure and pain in the vagina and vulva? Especially after sex? 
This is my 2nd baby not sure if that's related to why I'm feeling this pain.

I mean you have a lot more blood circulating when you’re pregnant so that’s probably why?

Mmm. If it’s after sex, it could be varicosities. If it’s at other times as well, it could management issue in your core or perhaps a strength imbalance. Try an ice pack afterwards to see if that improves the symptoms (it would help if there are any varicosities). The latter easily fixed, but I’d recommend finding a pelvic PT.
