2nd IVF. What is Your Experience?

Hi everyone. So, I have a 3-year-old baby, Zachary, thanks to a successful IVF treatment in Greece. DH wants to have another one. Of course, I do, too. My question is, is there anyone here who has been successful with their 2nd child (though I'm already 42) despite being infertile (both husband and wife), and doctors required both sperm and egg donation? 

Sorry, but I'm confused and worried at the same time. Yes, this may be my 2nd time, but I'm still having this mixed emotions. Considering my age and our infertility.
