Lump under arm

Hello, I'm due March 2024 and 2 weeks ago I noticed a lump near my breast but under the arm. Google says it's milk ducts forming and some extensions from the breast. But wondering if anybody else has them right now? Or is it some sort of a breast infection? If I use warm compress it goes away but returns again. I will talk to my OB this week. Thank you

I would massage it and do warm compress. Might be you have a little clog
