pregnant again 6 months post c-section!

hello!! i just found out i’m pregnant once again, six months after my son was born - he was born via c-section this past May. he’s barely started eating solids (baby food) a couple weeks ago but he’s still nursing daily, my doctor has recommended i stop breastfeeding him & slowly start weaning him off the breast (due to history of miscarriages??) i was wondering if anyone else is on the same boat or has had a similar story to mine having to prepare for 2 under 2! and would having a c-section not so long ago cause any issues during this pregnancy? thank you in advance!

Hello! I don’t have much insight, but I’m also preparing to have 2 under two. My son will be 18ish months when we welcome the next one in July. He was also born via c-section. I haven’t had my OB appointment yet, but I plan on asking lots of questions about how the timing could impact the risk of uterine rupture. We were planning on waiting at least three more months to start trying, but apparently we’re the poster couple for “it only takes one time.”

during my initial appt my ob just told me “you’re back way sooner than i thought, but you’ll be fine!” 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 i wonder how it’ll be like dealing with an infant while growing a baby bump, i’m pretty sure i’ll slow down sooner this time around! 

i’m going in for an ultrasound next week to find out how far along i am, hoping for a strong healthy heartbeat ❤️ i’m pretty sure once we hear that heartbeat most worried will slip away
