What relieves post nasal drip?

Hi,
I am 11 weeks with my second and I've had the worst non-stop post nasal drip basically since the start of my pregnancy. It is driving me nuts!! I am literally gaging on it and I can't seem to relieve it. 
Any help pregnancy suggestions would be much appreciated.

Great question for your doctor!  Flonase is what I was told to use when not pregnant.  But I heard its safe for pregnancy.
