Nervous!

I just found out I am pregnant after 2 tests and then 2 HCG blood draws…not planned entirely and am looking for advice to calm the panic!
I am 37 and went through fertility testing on my own early in the spring. After finding out my eggs were aged more like that of a 40 year old, I had planned to go ahead and seek single parenthood in July…Well…I met someone in June 🤦🏼♀️
He has a child already that he doesn’t see much due to other circumstances and his ex wife living out of state. It has known since very early on in our meeting my history and that I want a child and essentially have a timeline. He has said previously that if we had an oops it wouldn’t be the worst as we mostly only use condoms during ovulation times and recently we discussed freezing embryos. My appt to talk about embryo freezing was set for December.
Well…whoops. I took a test on Tuesday and here we are! I tested early bc I have a friend who is high alert to pregnancy symptoms and made me paranoid so I’m assuming I’m about 4-4.5 weeks. At this point NO ONE knows. I am really nervous to tell my boyfriend and would love input/advice on how to have this conversation or even bring it up. We do not live together and I’m feeling very nervous about the whole thing 😬
