45 and concerned

I am 45 and had a mc 2 years ago so I’ve been monitoring HCG which recently stopped doubling. I am supposed to be 6w 4d and had an u/s at my visit today. Doc saw an embryo and even slight heartbeat flicker. Although she said it is measuring very small and doesn’t look like a healthy pregnancy. I am kind of bummed but also expected it with my age. I am going back in a week for a follow up u/s
