Announcement to siblings

For those that have children, how and when did you make the announcement that they were having a sibling ?

We gave them t shirts that said “big sister again” and “big brother” and we waited until 13 weeks.

My son is 3 so we’ve just been casually bringing it up here and there. I didn’t do anything special since he doesn’t understand. But I think for older kids it’s cute!
