How are you feeling?: Achy. Less than a week ago I started experiencing intense hip and inner thigh pain Have a chiro visit this week so maybe that will help, and will mention it to my OB next week. I wonder if it's pelvic girdle pain? Groaning every time I get up makes me feel like I'm 90 years old.....lol
Rants/Raves: See above! Raves- time is going by so fast- every day is one day closer to meeting this little girl!
How are you feeling?: Good. Indigestion, heartburn and acid reflux are coming on more frequently but manageable. Solid sleep is impossible but I just make sure I'm in bed for 9 hours so that I get at least 6-7.
Rants/Raves: Rant.. Work is starting to treat me like an invilid. I randomly asked if I could bring my exercise ball in to use at my desk instead of a chair (I'm short and the rolling chair is insanely uncomfortable) and theur answer is if I'm at that point maybe I shouldn't be working..... I'm just trying to help my hip and back pain a bit by not having to shove random sweaters behind my back so I can sit forward enough on my chair and sit low enough that I'm at least at a right angle
Questions: I'm obviously in the group of the last due but how early is everyone washing bedding/clothing for there little one? I don't want to do it too soon that it just ends up getting dusty but I don't want to wait and then him somehow come early. Also Does anyone else feel like because of the holidays there's like 1 less week to prepare lol! I rely on online ordering quite a bit in Northern Ontario and Christmas season is going to severely slow down shipping times so I'm worried about ordering things too late and baby coming early.. but also love sales haha.
Upcoming Appointments: Ultrasound on Thursday to check growth and OB next Tuesday for my biweekly.
How are you feeling?: I am still waiting for the glow. I’m thinking of calling my doctor because of how unbearably painful my arms and hands are, even with braces. I work in a bakery and I am a musician on the side so my hands are kind of my money makers! I also.. have canckles now. Mortified. I’m just so swollen from water retention
@moe that really sucks about work! Just make yourself comfortable. They can’t force you to be off because you are making seating accommodations.
We just finished washing everything and folding and sorting… it took 4 massive loads of laundry plus a few days spread out to sort and fold into rubbermaids for sizes. I know I have lots of time left but it made me feel better to have it done and start putting things away. So I think as long as you’re able and willing, go for it! It was a huge task, and you can see if you have gaps in what you need! (I’m missing sleepers in the 3-6 months for some reason. Lots of everything else!)
I am planning on taking advantage of Amazon and Black Friday/cyber Monday sales. I had my shower a few weeks ago so my mom didn’t have to come in snow (also Northern Ontario woo) so I have a good list of the last few things left.
