Dry blood in uterus/ possible blood clot

I’m curious if any mommas have been in my situation. I’m 9 weeks and 4 days 2nd pregnancy and the ultrasound says I had blood in or around the uterus. The physician said it’s normal and sometimes it will go away on its own. I was scheduled to come back 3 weeks. T.I.A
