I love this recipe! I’ve made several variations using rice and different vegetables that I have on hand. 

I also will pre cook ground beef and freeze it to make this a true dump and go meal. 

With frozen ground beef I’ve dumped it in, set my pot and came back in 20 minutes to supper.

So far I have made the chicken tinga, hawaiian chicken tacos, and creole chicken. All have turned out great!
