Breast redness?

Anyone experiencing breast redness? The lower half of my breasts are very red and it’s freaking me out because all google says is inflammatory breast cancer. Can’t find anything anywhere that says this is a normal pregnancy thing. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat. I plan to bring it up to my OB at next week’s appointment.
