Umbilical hernia possibly - advice?

Hi! I am 13w with my second. My first is 21 months. I had her via emergency c section. Pretty sure I’m noticing symptoms of an umbilical hernia right now. I’ll call my dr in the morning but has anyone had one of these while pregnant? Any advice that helped? Restrictions? I’m worrying about being able to lift my toddler for the next 6 months
