Methotrexate

Has anyone here had to have a methotrexate injection for ectopic? I had a d&c done and a methotrexate injection September 25. I was told I have to be very careful not to get pregnant for the next 3 months due to having the injection. This was miscarriage number 2 for us in the last year. We have a 4 year old little girl who we had no issues conceiving other than taking a little longer than some.. I’m just curious as to anyone else having had the injection and having some success stories afterwards.
