Velamentous cord insertion and succenturiate lobe

Hey! At 20 weeks I was diagnosed with Velamentous cord insertion between the anterior placenta and a posterior succenturiate lobe. Has anyone had experience with these? I can only find information about these separate from one another. I go to a MFM Nov 7 but wanted to see if I could get more information prior. Did anyone’s doctor recommend c section? Thanks!
