hi! I’m also in my 2nd trimester and a psycho therapist- I HIGHLY recommend finding meditation recordings to ease anxiety. I know it sounds woo woo but study after study supports how powerful it can be- it’s a practice so it’ll take time- nothing outside of maybe medication will work instantly but I promise it helps so much! I love thr “insight timer” app
Meditation for sure, I specifically enjoy guided meditation on my walks, and yoga. When I notice anxiety creeping in I change what I’m doing physically and most often that helps to change my current thought process.
