I'm a returner, I had to take a break from everything TTC last September. I just turned 35 this week and my DH (37) and I have been TTC for 2 years. We're diagnosed unexplained infertility. We have no children.
We've done blood work, semen analysis, HSG (for the love of all, that procedure is literal hell), and timed intercourse. Everything has come back normal, even in the endo's opinion (which are stricter than a GP).
This cycle we did femara and ovidrel and I'm presently in my TWW. I'm also on estrogen and progesterone. We BD'ed twice, and we "turkey bastered" twice in our 3 days window. I've been using my cheapies to track my trigger, faint positive until yesterday when there is nothing but what looks like an evap. As of 10/10 I am 11dpt/9dpo.
I found out during my follicle scan that I apparently have a slightly bicornial uterus. No one has ever told me that. I've had yearly exams. I had 6 US in the last year or so. I had a HSG (which the tech marked my uterus as normal). Not one person has ever said, "Huh, you have a slight dip in the top of your uterus," until this month. I have no idea if that means trouble for us or not.
My follicle scan was really good, I mean like 8 or 9 eggs that were happy and good sized. So I'm fx'ed that this is our month. If it's not, next month we have to journey to the endo clinic, which is about 2 hours away, do a 3D US to get a better idea of how dipped my uterus is, do my mid-cycle follicle scan, and do our first IUI.
@robotpopcan, welcome back! I hope you return trip here is short and sweet.
