Pain in Upper Abdomen 15 Weeks

Has anyone ever had a pain in their upper abdomen that felt like you were sore from an ab workout while pregnant? My OB said to call back if it got worse. It hasn’t gotten worse but has been like the same level on and off all week. Now I’m getting worried about my baby and it’s the weekend so they’re closed.

    No bleeding. Just the sore feeling in my upper abdomen mostly on the right as if I did a ab workout. I had an OB appointment last week before the pain started. My Bp was normal and the baby’s heart beat was normal. I’m thinking/hoping it’s too early for preeclampsia. It’s been on and off since last Monday. The nurse hotline at my OB didn’t seem too worried when I called on Monday but now I’m worried because it hasn’t gone completely away.
