IFV.. out of progesterone. Will this lead to miscarriage?

I had a successful embryo transfer and got a positive pregnancy blood test result. I’ve run out of the vaginal progesterone gel (Crinone)! My prescription can’t arrive until Thursday. At that point, I will have missed two Crinone doses. Is this disastrous for my pregnancy? I’m nervous, but there’s nothing I can do. Help.
